HACM is an association of companies to promote industry-academia-government collaboration in the field of composites in collaboration with the Innovative Composite Materials Research and Development Center(ICC), and the association has been operating based on ICC.

HACM activities
1. Establishing industrial wide-area network for developing advanced composite materials and products.
2. Investigation of business environment and proposing strategical objectives for the business development in the field of advanced composites in Japan including Hokuriku-region.
3. Upholding technological development themes for establishing technological base in advanced composite materials development.
4. Planning for product development and marketing and its suitable human resources development.
